DATCOM AMR3/E
The DATCOM-AMR3/E device meets the customer’s requirement for both frequent data reading from meters and transmitting them to the host system. The unit is constructed to be placed in a non-hazardous (safety) area.
The DATCOM-AMR3/E provides two main functions – communication with the host system and collecting data from connected volume correctors, binary inputs and internal states. There is internal GSM/GPRS modem for communication with host system.
The device is powered from a 240VAC external supply with battery backup. The size of the battery determines the battery backup time when power supply is interrupted.
The DATCOM-AMR3/E can be easily adapted to the volume corrector’s communication interface by changing the serial communication module. There are several communication module variants available (RS485, RS232, UNIWIRE).
